COMPANY OVERVIEW



        We also took these other actions in recent years relating to our Inclusion, Engagement and Diversity work:

        • We updated our website to include a dedicated section on Inclusion & Engagement with diversity content and a
          video message from Chair and CEO, Ward Nye
        • We created a new Employee Engagement Manager position
          reporting to the Head of Inclusion and Engagement to support
          companywide inclusion and engagement programs

        • We completed a companywide inclusion and engagement awareness
          communications campaign to help managers and employees better
          understand the importance of why inclusion and engagement
          matters in our company culture
        • We launched our Employee Resource Groups to support
          engagement and belonging
        • We are reporting our EEO-1 data on our website, which we update
          annually

        We continue to participate in the CEO Action for Diversity & Inclusion , a coalition of more than 2,200 CEOs which

        aims to rally the business community to advance diversity and inclusion in the workplace. The CEO Action pledge outlines
        specific actions participating companies can take to cultivate a workplace where
        diverse perspectives and experiences are welcomed and respected.
