        Workplace Environment


        Martin Marietta conducts mandatory annual ethics training, which includes courses relating to harassment, discrimination
        and respect in the workplace. Our Code of Ethical Business Conduct, which we updated in 2023, specifically addresses
        our commitment to a safe, respectful and inclusive workplace and a harassment-free environment for all our employees.


                       Respect in the Workplace and No Discrimination
                        Martin Marietta will not tolerate workplace harassment. Martin Marietta
                                          is committed to providing a professional work
                                          environment for its employees that is free of
