Anti-Violence in the
Workplace
We have a zero-tolerance policy for workplace violence. You are prohibited
from engaging in any act that causes another individual to feel threatened or unsafe,
including verbal assaults, threats, intimidation, aggression or hazing.
We prohibit the possession of weapons in the workplace. This prohibition
extends to Company parking lots as well as our facilities, to the full extent
permitted by state or local law. If state law allows, weapons in a personal vehicle
must be locked while on Company property.
Our zero-tolerance policy for workplace violence applies to behavior of all of our
employees as well as third parties, including visitors, on Company premises.
You have an obligation to speak up and report unusual or concerning behavior,
threats or potential violence immediately to location management.
