Our Sustainability Governance
Our Board of Directors and its independent committees, including the Ethics, Environment, Safety and Health (EESH)
Committee and the Management Development and Compensation Committee, provide oversight of the Company’s
adherence to our Code of Ethical Business Conduct and oversee performance in our robust ethics program, corporate
sustainability, employee safety and health, environmental compliance, and diversity and inclusion.
