Martin Marietta will not tolerate retaliation against employees who in
good faith raise concerns, make an ethics-related inquiry, participate in an
investigation or report misconduct to any source in good faith.
Our Code of Ethical Business Conduct, as well as the Ethics Office policies
and other policies and procedures of the Company, are reviewed from time to time
and updated whenever associated regulations change or as otherwise appropriate.
Special Responsibilities for Managers
We expect our managers and supervisors to demonstrate a strong commitment
to our values and our Code. If you are a manager or supervisor, you should:
• Lead by example and act in an ethical manner in accordance with our values.
• Make sure your employees know and understand this Code and other
Company policies.
• Create an environment that encourages asking questions and raising concerns.
• Promptly escalate reports from employees to the Ethics Office.
• Prevent retaliation against those who speak up.
