To view a basic ticket PDF report:

1. Open the "Tickets" page (opens a new tab)

2. Click the glasses icon to view the ticket details

   

    

3. Wait for a new tab to open in the browser displaying ticket details

   

4. Click the print button to open the ticket

   

    

5. Wait for the "Print Preview" screen to open in the browser
