eRocks provides several ways to search for tickets, filter the ticket list, and generate these ticket reports:

To launch the tickets page:
-
Click the "Tickets" tile on the dashboard

OR Hover over "Documents" in the menu bar
-
Select "Tickets"
-
Wait for the "Tickets" page to display
NOTE: If no tickets display, remove all filters to see all invoices.

Wait for the company's ticket to display
