Tickets

eRocks provides several ways to search for tickets, filter the ticket list, and generate these ticket reports:

To launch the tickets page:

  1. Click the "Tickets" tile on the dashboard

     

  2. OR Hover over "Documents" in the menu bar

  3. Select "Tickets"

     

  4. Wait for the "Tickets" page to display

     

    NOTE: If no tickets display, remove all filters to see all invoices.

     

  5. Wait for the company's ticket to display

  6. Scroll through the list OR Search and Filter tickets (Opens a new tab)
