• Reviews large capital projects relating to sustainability and growth.
• Oversees our policies and practices relating to political contributions and political activities, including
lobbying and/or trade associations of which we are a member, and expenditures.
• Reviews and approves charitable contributions and community support budgets.

Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee

• Oversees the development and implementation of a set of corporate governance principles applicable
to Martin Marietta
• Oversees the review and implementation of best practices in corporate governance matters affecting
the Board, its Committees and the Company.
