eRocks provides several ways to search for tickets, filter the ticket list, and generate these ticket reports:

Click the Tickets tile on the dashboard:
Or hover over Documents in the menu bar and select Tickets:
The Tickets page displays. |

If no tickets display, remove filters:
All of your company's tickets display. |

Scroll through the list or filter and search for tickets. |
