Alerts
You can select invoice, statement, haul voucher, magnesia invoice, and account summary alerts to send to your email, based on activity.
The different alert types will depend on the role you have been assigned. Haul voucher alerts are only available for haulers. Magnesia invoice alerts are available only for magnesia customers.
By default, the email address in your eRocks account receives alerts. You can specify additional email addresses in the Emails (optional) box for each alert.

Hover over your name on the dashboard menu and select Alerts:

Check the box for each alert to set and enter additional email address in the Emails (optional) box, then click Save:
The alerts are set. You will receive alerts periodically. |
