Add and Invite a User

Note: User invitations expire after seven days. Consider sending your invitees a "nudge" email or message encouraging them to register soon after receiving their invitation.

Hover over Company on the dashboard menu and select Users:

All users registered with your company display.

Click Invite User:

The Add User dialog displays.

  • Enter the user's name and email address.
  • Click the Role dropdown and select a role.
  • Click the Customer Numbers dropdown and select one, several, or all customer numbers to apply to the user.
  • Click Invite.

eRocks adds the user to the company, sends a registration invitation to the user's email, and displays a brief confirmation message below the user list:

Note: Each user must have a unique email address. eRocks will not add the user if you provide an email address already registered:
