An Invoice Report is a line item summary of all of your company's eRocks invoices. You do not need to select invoices from the list to run the report.

Click the CSV Report icon to the right: The CSV Reports dialog displays. |

You can create and save a custom invoice report using any of the fields. The saved report is added to the list of reports in the CSV Reports dialog. You can edit or delete a custom report as needed.

Enter a report name and description: NOTE: You can now set the custom report as an invoice alert in addition to the alerts you are subscribed to. To do this just check the Set as an Alert checkbox. Please be aware that you can only subscribe up to 3 Custom Invoice CSV Reports. |

The Available and Selected Fields lists are scrollable. Check the boxes for the fields to add and click . To add all fields, click . removes individual fields. removes all fields. To change the field order, check a field's checkbox and click or . Choose from Invoice and Ticket fields: |

Click when you are done. eRocks adds the report to the CSV Reports list: |

Click to run and download the report. Click to open the Actions menu . Allows you to subscribe/unsubscribe to the report as an alert, Edit the report, or Delete the report. |

To modify which csv reports or which customer numbers to only receive the custom report for hover over your name and click Alerts. Scroll to the bottom to modify the alert. |

You can either masquerade as a user to modify their alerts or through the User Search >> Modify Alerts screen |
